Clémentine has practised yoga for more than 15 years. Over time, it has become much more than a series of postures: a path towards awareness, presence and balance.
After several years of teaching private classes, she wanted to open Flow Yoga Studio to share this passion more widely. Originally from Côte-d’Or, she is committed to offering a simple, welcoming space rooted in the local community, where everyone can practise with confidence.
What she loves to share is the feeling of breathing fully, feeling grounded, moving more freely and finding a calmer mind. Her approach is built on kindness, gradual progress and adaptation.
Each student is welcomed with their energy, abilities and needs as they are that day. Clémentine’s own practice has allowed her to explore different approaches to yoga, while private teaching has deepened her attention to individual needs.
Through group classes and personalised sessions, she aims to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible. Gently strengthening the body, paying attention to the breath and creating a space of trust: this is the spirit behind her classes.
