Welcome to Flow

Yoga for everyone.
A place for everyone.

Flow Yoga Studio began with a simple wish: to offer a place to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself in Échannay and Avosnes.

Attentive presence

The body you have.
Your energy today.
And that is already enough.

Whatever your age, flexibility or experience, you are welcome as you are. Small groups encourage a friendly atmosphere and attentive guidance.

Breath, movement and awareness are at the heart of each class. Progress with adaptations and options, without comparison or pressure to perform.

Meet
Clémentine Roussel.

More than 15 years of personal practice and several years of private teaching have shaped a simple, personal approach to yoga.

Through Flow Yoga Studio, Clémentine shares this practice with more people while continuing to give each student individual attention. The studio also hopes to welcome other teachers who share these values.

Arrive with confidence

Yoga begins
with a question.

You do not need to know everything before you arrive. Here are a few pointers for your first class.

Let’s talk
I have never tried yoga. Can I come?

Yes. Classes are beginner-friendly, with options to adapt the postures to your experience and energy. The gentle yoga is a welcoming place to begin. If you are unsure, Clémentine can help you choose.

Do I need to be flexible to practise?

Not at all. Start with the body and mobility you have today. Build your practice gradually, without forcing or trying to achieve a perfect posture.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable clothes are enough. Mats, blankets and props are available at the studio. You can also bring your own mat. For outdoor classes, check the event details.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Choose your class in the timetable, then book on Zenamu. Booking secures your place and helps us keep our groups small and welcoming.

How do I book a private class?

Private classes are available on request, at the studio or at home. Contact Clémentine on +33 7 44 97 35 21 or at clem@flowyogastudio.fr to discuss your needs and find a suitable time.

Where can I check prices and availability?

Current class times, availability and prices are available on Zenamu, our booking service. A range of class passes and an annual membership are available to suit your practice. Find the options and their conditions under “Class passes and memberships”.
