Arrive with confidence

Yoga begins
with a question.

You do not need to know everything before you arrive. Here are a few pointers for your first class.

Let’s talk
What is the difference between gentle Hatha and Vinyasa?

The Gentle Hatha yoga takes time to explore postures and breathing. The Vinyasa links movement more closely with breathing in a dynamic practice. Both classes last 60 minutes and offer adaptations. Clémentine can help you choose your first class.

I have never tried yoga. Can I come?

Yes. Classes are beginner-friendly, with options to adapt the postures to your experience and energy. The gentle yoga is a welcoming place to begin. If you are unsure, Clémentine can help you choose.

Do I need to be flexible to practise?

Not at all. Start with the body and mobility you have today. Build your practice gradually, without forcing or trying to achieve a perfect posture.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable clothes are enough. Mats, blankets and props are available at the studio. You can also bring your own mat. For outdoor classes, check the event details.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Choose your class in the timetable, then book on Zenamu. Booking secures your place and helps us keep our groups small and welcoming.

Where can I check prices and availability?

Current class times, availability and prices are available on Zenamu, our booking service. A range of class passes and an annual membership are available to suit your practice. Find the options and their conditions under “Class passes and memberships”.
